This Privacy Policy refers solely to this online bookshop.

To ensure ongoing privacy we recommend you change your password from time to time and never give your password to anyone.

Information we gather from you.

We gather only that information you provide on your account when you register:  your name, email address, contact information and addresses and when you subscribe to our newsletter.

Our use of your Information

We only use your for the purpose of fulfilling your order, sending you newsletters (if you request it) and for statistical analysis and generic purchasing patterns. We also retain your order history. If your order, for whatever reason, cannot be shipped within 3 working days, one of our people will contact you via email.

Your Access to your information.

You may access and update your account information at any time by logging into your account. Your order history is available on your account for to you at any time to review or update. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter list at any time.

Payment Information

We use the Westpac Bank for our payment portal and therefore do not retain your credit card or other payment arrangements when you pay this way. Information is collected and retained by them in accordance with their policies. These may be viewed on the Westpac Homepage.

Sharing your Information

We do not sell, trade or rent user information to anyone. We will provide information to the relevant service/s for the sole purpose of delivering your order and then, only the information required to do so, i.e. Name, Delivery Address, Delivery Instructions.

If your order does not contain enough information (e.g. address details) for us to complete it, one of our people will contact you via email.

If you have elected to, you will receive occasional email newsletters from us. You may cancel these at any time.

Retention of Information

To meet financial reporting requirements we keep your data for a maximum period of 7 years after your last purchase.

About Cookies

We use cookies (a small piece of text placed on your hard drive) so that you may browse our shop and purchase goods. Our cookie enables you to leave products in your shopping cart for a period of time. Typically this period is 30 days but may vary without notice.
